WHY I STARTED THIS
Hey, I'm Milind Bagdai, a certified fitness coach.
Let me share a bit of honesty with you - I used to hate my body growing up.
I went from 105 kg to 75 kg, dealing with Obesity, Gynecomastia, & Loose Skin along the way.
So believe me, I know what it feels like to struggle, to try everything, and still feel stuck.
That's why I built this. Not to sell quick fixes - but to give people the structure, clarity, and accountability I never had.
